    针对TD-LTE通信基站设备电源端口传导骚扰测试时开关电源模块单体能通过测试,但基站设备不能通过测试的情况,对比分析了其产生的原因,并提出了一种电源模块传导骚扰测试的改进方法。实测结果证明,该方法能够大幅降低电源模块和基站设备传导骚扰测试结果的差别。

    The non-isolated interleaving bi-directional Buck-Boost converter is faced with a widespread problem of low underloading efficiency. The Boost model of the multi-phase interleaving Buck/Boost converter is adopted as the research object in this paper and a comprehensive analysis of power loss is conducted under the DCM and CCM model. According to the principle that efficiency can be increased through reduced frequency during underloading operation of the transformer, and the principle of optimized frequency modulation is put forward to adjust the switching frequency under different loads so as to realize the goal of increasing efficiency. Concerning the defect of worsening ripples caused by reduced frequency, the magnetic integration technique is applied to the interleaving bidirectional Buck/Boost converter to efficiently improve the channel’s inductive current ripples and the output voltage ripples. Besides, the filter capacitor optimized design principle after magnetic integration is given an attempt to minimize loss and increase underloading efficiency. At last, the accuracy of the theoretical analysis is proved by simulation and experiments, thus providing new theoretical bases for underloading efficiency optimization of the interleaving bi-directional Buck/Boost converter and promoting realization of the full-load high-efficiency bi-directional Buck/Boost converter design.

    在产品开发的EMI测试和整改过程中,经常会遇到很多问题很难用常见的电磁干扰理论进行解释和解决,由此提出一种新颖的时频对照法来解释并解决这些EMI问题。时频对照法借助近场探头和频谱分析仪,确认产品中隐藏的电磁场分布,准确定位噪声源位置和其传播途径。结合实际案例,通过抑制噪声源本身强度来解决EMI问题。

    随着国内风电装机容量的不断增长,其对电网可能产生的影响也越来越大,因此电网对机组的电网适应性要求也在不断提高。高电压穿越(HVRT)作为电网适应性要求的一部分,国外已制定相应标准,国内虽暂时没有展开相关测试,但相关人员已经在研究高电压穿越相关技术了,其要求在国内也必将得到推广。因此,以风电全功率变流器高电压穿越为例,通过理论分析、仿真及实验,揭示高电压穿越时变流器的运行状态,并研究其相关的控制策略。

    The impact of H-bridge parameter differences on the DC capacitors’ voltage is analyzed in this paper based on the static mathematical model of DC capacitors’ voltage of cascaded static synchronous compensator (STATCOM). According to the problem of DC capacitor’s voltage unbalance caused by H-bridge parameter differences, a novel balancing strategy is proposed based on optimal allocation of pulse, which can solve the problem of DC capacitor’s voltage unbalance caused by H-bridge parameter differences, and can make capacitors’ voltage balance quickly in the premise of no change of switching frequency of power component and output voltage, so as to improve the output performance of cascaded STATCOM and system reliability. The principle and characteristics of a novel balancing strategy based on optimal allocation of pulse are analyzed, and a prototype of 380 V, 10 kvar cascaded STATCOM had been developed to verify the theory analysis.

    本文研究了一种具有阻感负载的三相混合电压型整流器。根据其拓扑结构,分别建立了Boost型DC-DC变换器和PWM整流器的Euler-Lagrange数学模型。基于模型的无源性,提出了一种电压环采用PI控制、电流环采用无源性控制的混合控制策略。该混合控制策略具有良好的电流跟踪能力、强鲁棒性且易于实现。仿真结果验证了该混合控制策略在阻感负载运行工况下的可行性。

    A high step-up boost converter is studied for the need of high step-up DC-DC converters in the industrial applications, which is based on the basic boost converter and using the coupled inductor and the switched capacitor technology. Since coupled inductor and capacitances are hybrid junction, and coupled inductor can charge capacitance, the proposed converter can provide very high voltage gain, and the voltage stress of power device such as switch and diode can be decreased effectively. At the same time, the energy of leakage inductor is recycled, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the converter. The operating principle and steady-state property are discussed in detail. Finally, a prototype is built to verify the theoretical analysis.

    NPC三电平变换器相比传统两电平变换器具有更多优势,但其特殊拓扑结构也带来了中点电压不平衡问题。在简化三电平空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法和虚拟空间矢量基础上,提出一种混合式中点电压控制策略。即在低调制度环境下,选用简化三电平空间矢量算法,并结合中点电压和中点电流的实际状况,确定如何选择‘重叠扇区’归属或改变七段式开关矢量序列;在高调制度环境下,采用虚拟空间矢量策略抑制中点电压偏移。最后在Matlab中搭建模型并进行仿真,结果证明该控制方法能明显抑制低、高调制度环境下的中点电压偏移。

    A Lithium battery manager based on modular multilevel converter (MMC) is researched. The charging/discharging control and voltage balance management are unified inside one single converter instead of two independent ones, which solves the problem of complex circuits. The operating principle is analyzed. The function requirements are set according to the example of a 12 W battery pack. Control strategy and energy management strategy are designed accordingly, then the control block diagram and program flowchart are obtained. Afterwards, an experimental prototype and its key parameters are designed. Eventually, simulations and experiments are conducted. The simulation results indicate the bidirectional charging/discharging current control, output voltage control and the voltage balance can be realized, and the above-mentioned analysis and design methods are verified. The bidirectional charging/discharging current control and output voltage control are realized in the prototype, while the long-term performance of voltage balance still needs to be tested.

    新能源发电系统(如光伏发电系统)日益受到关注。为提高两级式光伏发电系统的可靠性与效率,其前端变换器需具备高电压增益和高效率。本文对比了浮置输出型交错输入Boost衍生变换器(FIBC)与传统Boost变换器在电压增益及功率器件应力方面的性能,验证了FIBC的优越性。进而建立了两种电路的损耗模型,并分析了额定工况下的功率分布,结果表明FIBC具有更高效率。基于交错技术,对电感参数进行了优化,从而降低了直流电阻、提升了效率。最后给出了Boost、FIBC及优化后FIBC的效率—电流曲线,表明FIBC在大电流工况下效率更高,更适用于低压大功率光伏发电系统。仿真结果验证了采用交错技术优化电感的可行性,且直流母线电压可良好调节以满足并网要求。
