    Contactless power transfer (CPT) technology can make electrical equipment get rid of the shackles of wires, can greatly expand the scope of the electrical equipment, and enhance the safety performance of power supply in special environment. Aiming at the inductive contactless power transfer (ICPT) technology which is one of CPT technology widely used, firstly, the development of the ICPT technology is discussed. And then, using the Poynting vector theory, the principle of CPT technology is discussed. The existing CPT technology is classified according to the difference of the realization principle. The magnetic resonance contactless power transfer (MRCPT) technology is classified into ICPT technology. The main technical difficulties of ICPT technology are analyzed systematically. It is pointed out that the low coupling coefficient of coupler is the key technical problem of ICPT technology, and the other problems are caused by this problem. Finally, the key technologies of ICPT system and the existing solutions are discussed.

    无线能量传输技术是一种新型的电能传输方式,是指相对于传统的利用导线连接的电能传输方式而言,电能从电源到负载的一种没有直接电气接触的能量传输方式,解决了传统导线直接供电的缺陷,是一种安全有效的电能传输方法。目前无线能量传输通常使用补偿电容的工作方式使系统在发射端(原边)与接收端(副边)同时工作于谐振状态,以提高输出能力。前期实验发现,无线能量传输系统的效率受等效负载的影响,选取合适的等效负载可以改善系统的效率。基于此,研究了负载对于系统效率和频率分叉的影响,设计了一个负载自适应控制策略,能够提高系统的能量传输效率,并且保证不出现频率分叉现象。该研究将对无线能量传输系统的可靠设计具有重要指导意义。

    Based on the Partnership for a New Generation of Vehicle (PNGV) model, the internal state variables of the battery are estimated based on the measured external variables. The experiment uses hybrid pulse power characterization (HPPC) method to obtain the lithium battery in the pulse loading and the transition process parameters. Finally, the PNGV equivalent model of the battery is simulated and analyzed by MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the selected PNGV model has high precision and can simulate the charge and discharge characteristics of battery truly. The model parameters can be estimated accurately under fixed temperature and known SOC. The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for internal state variable estimation of lithium batteries.

    采用KHCO3、(NH4)2C2O4、偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)及K2SO4为发泡剂,PTFE为粘结剂制备了空气电池用阴极催化膜。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)及热重分析(TG)对发泡剂进行热分析,采用扫描电镜观察了不同发泡剂制备的阴极膜的表面形貌,采用阴极极化曲线分析了发泡剂对阴极膜催化性能的影响。结果表明:发泡剂对空气电极催化活性有重要影响,且KHCO3作为发泡剂制备的催化膜表现出最优的机械强度及电催化性能。

    为了快速有效地实现串联锂离子单体电池间的能量均衡,提出了一种基于Cuk斩波电路的双向双层桥臂的蓄电池组均衡器。此均衡器根据电池组的充放电状态采取两种不同的均衡策略:当电池组处于充电状态时,电池组中具有最高荷电状态的单体电池通过Cuk斩波电路被快速均衡放电;当电池组处于放电或静置状态时,电池组中具有最低荷电状态的单体电池通过Cuk斩波电路被快速均衡充电。均衡器拓扑电路原理简单、均衡电流连续、均衡电流可控性强、均衡效率高。最后对此均衡器进行了仿真实验,证明了此方案的可行性。

    The identification precision of model parameters would be affected by the amplitude of signal by using step-change current to identify battery parameters. In this paper, error analysis of this parameter identification method applied in battery dynamic models is carried out to address this issue. And a method to determine the amplitude of step-change current is proposed. Battery nonlinear characteristics and measure error caused by the detection devices are considered to identify the function between the relative error of parameters and the amplitude of step-change current. The amplitude determination procedure is given in this paper. Analysis and experiments verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

    电池管理系统BMS(battery management system)是蓄电池储能技术中不可或缺的环节,而电池健康状态SOH(state of health)估算是BMS的重要功能之一。SOH可以为操作员提供电池实际可用容量及老化状态相关信息,进而为电池控制决策提供参考。介绍了锂电池的SOH的含义,阐述了导致锂电池老化和可用容量下降的原因,并着重对当前常见的蓄电池SOH估算方法进行了概括和分析,同时对各种SOH估算方法中存在的问题进行了探讨。

    研究了一种利用半导体制冷技术的电池热管理系统。首先分析了电池的生热特性及传播规律,指出了电池需要工作在合理的工作范围内,然后建立电池的热效应模型和半导体制冷模型,并对单体电池温度场进行了仿真和实验,实验验证了模型的正确性。根据实验结果对模型进行了校正,使模型更符合实际情况。最后对电池组半导体制冷热管理系统进行了仿真,结果表明半导体制冷片对单体温度场和电池组温度场都能够进行有效的调节,使电池工作在合适的温度范围内。

    In order to meet the practical demand of the wireless charging for electric vehicles, a constant current control method is proposed. The model of the magnetic coupling resonance inductively coupled power transfer (ICPT) system based on LCL-S type is established, and its operating characteristics are analyzed. Then, according to the output characteristic curve of the secondary current and the transmission efficiency characteristic curve, the frequency range of the system is determined. And this interval is used as the frequency modulation area of the system constant current operation. The advantages and disadvantages of various power control methods are compared. Furthermore, a constant current control strategy is proposed, which is the combination of variable frequency control and phase shifting voltage regulation. Control program of the P feedback is designed. Through experiment, the constant current control effect is verified when the load is different. The experiment shows that the control strategy can realize the non-static difference and the fast response control without overshoot.

    Under the technique protocol of GH Auto N2 series pure electric van concerning steady operation and failure protection, a battery electric vehicles (BEV) vehicle control unit (VCU) is designed based on Infineon micro controller XC2268N. Hardware design of the VCU utilizes several modular circuits to build up system structure and to further acquire functions like information acquisition, drive output and CAN (Controller Area Network). Hierarchical architecture implemented on software system to achieve high robustness and portability. Codes of base layer are invented to provide hardware-isolated software interface. Process layer invoke base layer code to support task implementation, such as fault detection and protection, and normal operation, thus to support core layer control strategies implementation. Code had passed MISRA-C standard in static testing. The VCU performed well in integration testing and function testing conducted on test platform and the ground test. The performance of the whole vehicle is analyzed according to the data of driving record under the typical working cycle.
