    Aiming at the difficulty in establishing an accurate physical model of a power converter that represents the degradation process, a method based on unscented particle filter (UPF) is proposed in this paper to realize the remaining useful life (RUL) prediction. First, through the analysis of influences on the circuit performance due to the degradation of key circuit components, the average output voltage is selected as the characteristic parameter of useful life. Then, UPF is used to perform modeling on the fault trend based on the history data of circuit performance degradation. Finally, the RUL prediction of the power converter is realized by step-by-step recursion of characteristics with the combination of the circuit’s failure threshold. A closed-loop SEPIC circuit is taken as an example, and the influences of modeling data size on the prediction performance are analyzed. In addition, the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method are verified in comparison with the Kalman filter (KF) method.

    针对反电动势非正弦的2台五相永磁同步电机串联驱动系统提出一种3次谐波转矩补偿型直接转矩控制策略。首先通过坐标变换建立了考虑3次谐波转矩的双五相PMSM串联系统的数学模型,基于电压矢量对转矩的控制关系,分别在2个子空间计算定子磁链增量的期望值;然后根据2台电机定子电压方程,计算出2个平面内电压矢量参考值,并提出一种占空比调制型空间矢量调制算法;最后,通过仿真与实验验证了所提控制算法的可行性。

    The power-train in an electric vehicle (EV) usually consists of a battery pack, an inverter and a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The power-train system may cause electromagnetic interference (EMI) due to the high-frequency switching behavior of the power semiconductor device in the inverter. Since the PMSM provides propagation paths for the common-mode and differential-mode EMI and its parasitic parameters enhance the EMI, it is an important part of the EMI model for the EV's power-train system. In this paper, based on a lumped parameter model of PMSM, the model's circuit components were associated with the motor's parasitic parameters by analyzing the motor's physical structure at first. Then, a method was proposed to obtain the winding inductance, mutual inductance, parasitic capacitance, copper loss resistance and core loss resistance by combining the theoretical calculation and simulations using finite element analysis (FEA), and the theoretical calculation method was verified by experimental measurements. Based on the proposed parameter extraction method, the parameters of the lumped parameter model were obtained, which were validated through simulations and experimental measurements by a network analyzer.

    To improve the calibration effect on battery open-circuit voltage, a proton exchange membrane is introduced in this paper to design a battery open-circuit voltage calibration method. A novel open-circuit voltage calibration method for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is studied. Its working principle is analyzed, and its open-circuit voltage is expressed by the Nernst equation. During the calibration process, a calibration device is connected to the measurement point. The PEMFC sheet is placed on the separator, and the open-circuit voltage is measured by an I-V meter in the separator and the calibration device simultaneously. Based on the comparison of two groups of non-measurement data, the calibration coefficient is obtained. According to factors affecting the open-circuit voltage of PEMFC, the uncertainties in the calibration due to the introduction of irradiance deviation in the simulator, temperature control deviation, and repeatability of measurement instruments are analyzed. Experimental results show that compared with the contrast method, the average calibration error of the proposed method was more than 50% lower and the corresponding average calibration time was 1.77 s shorter, indicating that it can achieve high-precision and high-efficiency PEMFC open-circuit voltage calibration.

    In the field of battery management system, the accurate estimation of state-of-charge (SOC) is one of basic techniques among many state estimations. However, the equivalent circuit model (ECM), which is convenient for practical applications, cannot well simulate the battery characteristics in some specific SOC ranges. Therefore, the accuracy of SOC estimation based on the traditional Kalman filtering algorithm will decrease. The accurate estimation in the entire SOC range is realized using a novel Kalman filtering algorithm based on incremental error. Based on the offline analysis of the ECM performance in different SOC ranges, the control table for noise covariance in each SOC range is obtained. The specific noise covariance is applied in the corresponding SOC range so that the entire SOC range is accurately estimated using the proposed Kalman filtering algorithm. Experimental results showed that the estimation accuracy in the range with SOC lower than 20% can be significantly improved using the Kalman filtering algorithm based on incremental error.

    With the rapid development of new energy industry, higher requirements have been put forward for the comprehensive performance of energy storage materials and devices. Lithium-ion cathode materials, especially Ni-rich ternary material (LiNixCoyMnzO2), are considered as one of the superior candidates for commercialized cathode materials for the next generation power batteries owing to their high energy density, high working voltage, excellent chemical stability, etc. The advantages of Ni-rich ternary material LiNixCoyMnzO2 are summarized systematically, and the urgent problems are pointed out. On this basis, their modification methodologies are reviewed including doping cations and anions, surface coating, design of concentration gradient materials, and graphene compounding. Finally, the development directions and commercial applications in the future are projected.

    磁场环境变化对线圈类电子式互感器及传统互感器的计量准确度均有一定的影响。通过理论分析研究不同电磁干扰下,磁场的平行分量、垂直分量对互感器输出计量准确度的影响,利用所研制的电子式互感器与传统互感器计量特性定量对比测试平台,分析其在电量累计过程中的差异,并在50 A/m、1000 A/m电磁干扰下实时测量电子式电流、电压互感器比值差、角度差。试验结果表明,电子式互感器和传统式互感器计量性能基本不受强磁场的干扰。

    To solve the existing problems in the single-phase ground fault line selection approach for small-current system such as lower accuracy and poor reliability, a single-phase ground fault line selection approach for small-current system is proposed based on unscented Kalman filter (UKF) and sequential probability ratio test (SPRT). First, a mathematical model of fault line is established based on UKF. Then, UKF is used to track and predict the characteristic information of system fault. The resulting residuals between the observed value of new information and the actual measured value are used to calculate the likelihood ratio using the sequential probability ratio method. Moreover, a fault criterion is constructed, which can be used to quickly select the fault line. Results of a large number of simulations using ATP-EMTP and Matlab show that the proposed method has higher accuracy and reliability.

    Considering the serious harmonic pollution of a 10 kV prefabricated substation, a novel technical scheme is proposed to integrate specific order filtering inductors into the distribution transformer, thus avoiding the large space occupied by an air-core reactor in the traditional passive filtering device or the excessive noise in an iron-core reactor. First, the decoupling technique of filtering inductors integrated into a transformer is analyzed. Then, based on the finite element simulation of an 800 kVA experimental prototype, the coupling matrix and inductance matrix of transformer winding are calculated by the reduced-order inductance matrix method, and the field-circuit coupling simulation of the system is carried out with the inductance matrix as interface. Finally, an experimental prototype was tested to verify the filtering effect. Simulation and experimental results show that the integrated filtering inductors distribution transformer had satisfying harmonic suppression and passive compensation. Moreover, the integrated filtering inductors had characteristics such as low decoupling with other windings, smaller occupied space and lower noise.

    To solve the power quality problems in a high-speed railway tractive power supply system such as negative-sequence current and harmonic current, a multilevel railway power conditioner (MRPC) system based on YNvd balanced transformer is proposed, which adopts a novel MRPC consisting of four multilevel cascaded H-bridge links and the corresponding output filter inductors. Different from the conventional method, this system integrates one side of the MRPC directly into the B-phase flexible taps on the secondary side of the YNvd balanced transformer instead of into the feeder via a step-down transformer, thus reducing the system cost. The topological structure, equivalent model, and compensation principle of this system are analyzed. Furthermore, a hierarchical control strategy, which is composed of command current tracking, circulating current restraining and link voltage balance, is proposed. Finally, simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed theory.
