摘要
Permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) direct drive structure has a wide range of applications in high-power wind energy conversion systems. Considering this type of topology, model predictive control (MPC) has shown to be a promising control strategy. However, the cumbersome process of tuning weighting factors and the weak parameter robustness are the main drawbacks. In this work, a new control structure, as so called cascaded model predictive control, is proposed. It avoids using weighting factors and has stronger parameter robustness. The proposed control strategies are validated and compared with the conventional MPC in Simulink simulation.
