摘要
According to the design demand of sequential switching shunt series regulator (S3R) main power circuit, this paper designs a reset timing drive control circuit to reset the shunt MOSFET and the protection MOSFET. When the shunt MOSFET and the protection MOSFET are in the shunt state under the control of MEA, a method which adjusts the driving time constant of the shunt MOSFET and the protection MOSFET is proposed to avoid the improper driving timing of the two MOSFETs. Through this method, whether S3R works in shunt state or power supply state, the reset command can be sent to avoid the damage of MOSFET due to normal voltage from the gate and source. Finally, the correctness of timing adjustment method is verified by the simulation data and the measured data result of the prototype.
