With the development of the times, the development of power electronics has gradually become integrated and miniaturized, which has prompted the study of piezoelectric resonators. Compared to magnetic components, piezoelectric resonators have a very high power density and can significantly improve scaling performance. In view of the disadvantages of traditional switched capacitor converters, this paper uses piezoelectric resonators to replace capacitors, and analyzes the principle of DC/DC converters using piezoelectric resonators as the only energy storage element, and carries out simulation verification. The results show that the DC/DC converter based on piezoelectric resonator can realize the zero voltage soft switching function of non-magnetic components and can achieve the voltage conversion ratio of 0 to 1, which is more advantageous than the traditional switching capacitor converter.
