摘要
With the rapid development of the computing industry, the data center consumes more power, which also causes relatively large losses. In order to reduce losses, the power supply architecture of the data center prefers to adopt 48 V bus voltage, and thus, a converter with high step-down characteristics is required. This paper presents a 48-to-1.5 V high step-down hybrid switched-capacitor converter, which topology used is a 6:1 cascaded series-parallel topology merged with a multi-phase interleaved buck topology. A 50 A prototype based on this topology is built, achieving 90.24% efficiency.
