摘要
A new way to modulate the synchronous rectification driving signals has been proposed in this paper. Due to using GaN devices to increase its operating frequency, as well as the influence of parasitic parameters, the general synchronous rectification control method with Drain-Source voltage detection encountered the problem of being unable to accurately modulate the driving signals of the rectifier tubes. By integrating the voltage of the resonant inductor, the zero crossing points of the resonant current can be obtained. It can accurately judge the zero-crossing time of the resonant current and modulate the synchronous rectification driving signals under different working conditions of the RSCC using GaN devices. A 150 W prototype is built to verify the feasibility of the proposed SR method.
