With the construction of the global energy internet, the broad demand for the development of HVDC transmission methods will inevitably bring about more problems of DC magnetic bias. Therefore, it is necessary to further upgrade to standards, which is of great significance in promoting the construction of the global energy internet. For this reason, the performance parameters and structural parameters of the resistive and capacitive DC magnetic bias suppression devices that are currently used in many applications are analyzed, and the principles for selection are summarized.
