摘要
To improve the electrical characteristics (such as the output power, low output voltage ripple) of essential safety source, this article will introduce interleaving magnetic integrated theory to the essential safe source and propose the concept of the Equivalent electrical inductance and essence safety inductance, through increasing electrical inductance and reducing essence safety inductance to make the converter improve electrical characteristics, while it meets inner-intrinsic safety characteristics. Taking the three-phase interleaving magnetic integrated Boost converter for example, by analysis of the internal intrinsic safety characteristics of the converter, the internal intrinsic safety criterion of the converter is obtained. And compared with the conventional single-channel Boost converter, while the two types of converter meet the internal intrinsic safety characteristics, it can be obtained that the interleaving magnetic Boost converter effectively improves electrical characteristics. Finally, through experiment, the correctness of theoretical analysis is confirmed.
