摘要
To improve the misalignment tolerance of Inductive Power Transfer(IPT) systems, it is essential to design loosely coupled transformers with high misalignment tolerance. An interleaved structure for a loosely coupled transformer is proposed in this paper, combining solenoid coils and square coils. This structure exhibits high misalignment tolerance and allows for decoupling between the solenoid coil and the square coil even when misaligned. The principle analysis and parameter optimization of the proposed structure are conducted, and detailed design methods are provided. Finally, the high misalignment tolerance of the system was validated through simulation and experimentation. Under the conditions where the primary and secondary coil dimensions are 600×600 mm and the original spacing between them is 150 mm, with a maximum misalignment in the X direction of 300 mm, the fluctuation in the system's coupling coefficient ranged from[-8.83%, 18.76%].
