摘要
In this paper, a new type of single-stage boost Trans-quasi-Z-source inverter topology is presented. The basic structure and working principle of the inverter are analyzed and its voltage gain is deduced. The model of the Trans-quasi-Z-source network is established by using Laplace transform. The dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed, and the switching loss is explored by comparing the different shoot-through injection methods. In order to verify the dynamic boost characteristics, the Matlab/Simulink simulation is performed. Finally, the hardware circuit is built on the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation verification. The experimental results verify the feasibility and stability of the circuit.
