摘要
In response to the high switching speed and power density requirements of wide-bandgap (WBG) power devices, hybrid current sensing (HCS) technology has gradually become one of the main research directions for switch current sensing technology. However, there is currently no systematic research on the mathematical modeling and parameter tuning of HCS. This article proposes a composite integration processing scheme and establishes an accurate sensor transmission characteristic model based on the geometric parameters and sensitivity relationship between TMR and coil. Finally, an output characteristic analysis experimental platform was built using an impedance analyzer to verify that the bandwidth of the hybrid current sensor can achieve DC–10 MHz. A double-pulse platform was constructed to verify the precise measurement capability of this method.
