摘要
To satisfy increasing requirements of higher voltage and larger power capacity inside distributed generation system, three-level active neutral-point-clamped dual active bridge(ANPC-DAB) converter can serve as the basic-modules to connect DC bus and energy storage system because of its high-voltage withstanding ability, bidirectional power transmission ability and high modulation flexibility. In this article, on the one hand, a modulation strategy which can realize all switches zero voltage switching(ZVS) operation is proposed. On the other hand, with analyzing entire resonance process during dead time, ZVS minimum boundary current can be calculated based on energy balance principle. Finally, an ANPC-DAB prototype is established to prove all switches ZVS and correctness of resonance modeling.
