摘要
With the rapid advancement of computer computing power, the demand for higher power supply requirements in data centers has escalated. However, most of server power is used for 12 V DC output voltage, allowing for higher output currents. However, this transition also brings about increased conduction losses. To address this issue, the utilization of fractional-turn transformers becomes essential as they contribute to reducing copper losses and improving overall efficiency. This paper presents the design of a 2 kW 400/12 V high-output current DC/DC converter, specifically tailored to achieve high-current output while mitigating the aforementioned challenges. And the peak efficiency of the experimental test is 97.2%.
