摘要
This paper investigates a high efficiency inverter design for EV. It firstly compares the inverter with respect to topologies, device selections and modulation scheme at key operating points of a typical driving cycle. Secondarily, the thermal design with air cooling is discussed. Then, a two-level inverter prototype is built. Finally, testing of the inverter prototype with passive load is provided.
