摘要
In order to increase the efficiency of hydrogen production, this paper proposes a partial power converter to regulate the voltage difference between the power source and the hydrogen production system. Based on the component stress factor (CSF) method and the total converter losses, this paper analyzes and compares the topologies of dual active bridge (DAB) with two modulation schemes (Single Phase Shift—SPS, Dual Phase Shift—DPS) and isolated full-bridge boost topology (IFBB). Among them, the current stress of DPS is optimized and controlled, and two phase shift angles are optimized. Compared to its counterpart, the isolated full-bridge boost (IFBB) has the ability to handle a wide input voltage, which is critical for partial power implementation. Finally, the converter is designed, constructed and analyzed.
