摘要
This article proposes an improved trans-inductor voltage regulator to mitigate output voltage overshoot and undershoot in voltage regulator modules during load step-change transients. In the improved TLVR, the energy stored in the trans-inductor for each phase is absorbed or released more quickly, enhancing the dynamic response of the TLVR. Simulation results indicate that, compared to the conventional TLVR, the improved TLVR reduces output voltage overshoot by 73%.
