A high-speed acquisition system has been developed to meet the HIRFL-CSRm Kicker power supply output waveform monitoring requirements. The system has a sampling rate of 2.5 Gsps and a high sampling accuracy of 12 bit, which can complete the high-speed acquisition, storage, transmission and display of the fast pulse output waveform of the Kicker power supply. The actual test results show that the acquisition system is able to perform the acquisition of the fast pulse output waveform of the Kicker power supply excellently and recover the characteristics of the output waveform completely.
