摘要
In this paper, the power loss performance of three-level active neutral-point-clamped(3L-ANPC) converter when providing short circuit current are analyzed and compared under four typical modulation schemes(i.e., PWM-1 scheme, PWM-2 scheme, PWM-3 scheme and DF-PWM scheme). Furthermore, the junction temperature distribution of 3L-ANPC converter under different grid voltage dip depths are studied. Meanwhile, taking the junction temperature of the hottest device as the limit, the short-circuit current capability under different modulation modes is obtained. Finally, the short-circuit current capability under different modulation schemes is verified by simulation results.
