摘要
L/C-based associated discrete circuit model(L/C model) is the most commonly used switch model in real-time simulation. However, accuracy of L/C model substantially deteriorate with high switching frequency because the virtual power loss of the model is much larger than actual switching loss. A switching-loss-matching model is proposed in this paper based on generalized associated discrete circuit(G-ADC) model. By proper configuration of G-ADC model and analysis of mapping relationships between virtual power loss and model parameters, the virtual power loss of proposed model is matched to switching loss of real device. The proposed model is applied to real-time simulation of power electronics system based on FPGA and results show that good accuracy performance is achieved compared with L/C model.
