摘要
The requirements for reliability and stability of power electronic devices is increasing in various industries. Electromagnetic interference (EMI) has been paid more and more attention. EMI receiver is a key link in the measuring system of EMI. The existing simulation model of EMI receiver has many shortcomings such as long simulation time in full frequency range and lack of positioning the points exceeding the limit line. In this paper, a two-phase scanning model that simulates the actual working mode of EMI receiver is proposed. After expounding the working mechanism of the EMI receiver in detail, two-phase scanning model of EMI receiver is built. In the first phase, the rapid peak detection is conducted to create a peak list. In the second phase, the frequency points are picked by dividing the whole frequency band into subranges, additionally dichotomy is improved to further reduce the simulation time of quasi-peak detection. The accuracy and rapidity of the proposed model are verified by comparison of simulation and experiment.
