摘要
A single-phase switched-capacitor nine-level inverter with a hybrid level-shifted and phase-shifted pulse-width modulation (PWM) strategy is proposed, demonstrating capacitor self-voltage balancing, quadruple boost capability, and inductive-load ability. The capacitors operate alternately between charging and discharging states at the switching frequency, enabling different output voltage levels while reducing capacitor volume. The topology and its working state, hybrid PWM strategy, switched-capacitor design and performances comparison are investigated in detail. Finally, the simulation results are provided to validate the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
