摘要
An integrated magnetic structure is proposed, it can be applied for the CLLC resonant converter. By integrating the transformer and two resonant inductances into a single magnetic core, allowing for independent adjustment of each inductance by varying the number of turns. This design feature provides flexibility in tuning the converter's performance. High efficiency, light weight, and reliable integrated structures can be achieved. In addition, the number of turns will be minimized if the inductors are coupled together. This design approach reduces the overall size and weight of the integrated magnetic structure, while maintaining high performance. As a result of this coupling, the proposed integrated magnetic structure effectively reduces conduction losses. Its performance has been validated through comprehensive methods including theoretical analysis, simulations, and experiments.
