摘要
In this paper, a separate RCD snubber design is proposed for LLC converter with multiple switches in parallel for secondary side synchronous rectification. The proposed design can reduce the influence of circuit parasitic parameters on the voltage stress of switches, effectively absorb the voltage ringing of multiple switches in parallel at the secondary side, reduce the voltage stress and improve the reliability. The reason why the asymmetric placement of the RCD snubber voltage leads to the intensify of voltage ringing at the secondary side is analyzed. By establishing the circuit model, the expression of voltage ringing when multiple switches are connected in parallel is derived. According to the model derivation results, the influence of asymmetric snubber absorption position on voltage ringing is given, and finally the separate RCD snubber design is given. The circuit model is simple and the derivation process is clear. Finally, an 800 V input/25 V output/5 kW dc/dc prototype is built to verify the proposed RCD snubber design.
