Electric connector is the key component of electric vehicle charging pile. In order to ensure the reliability of the connector under outdoor high temperature and high current load, a three-dimensional model of the contact component of the electrical connector is established in this paper. Using ANSYS simulation analysis, the thermoelectric coupling and static mechanics analysis of the contact under temperature and current stress, temperature field and crown spring shape variables and other changes were obtained, and compared with the theoretical calculation data. The simulation results show that with the increase of temperature field, the overall temperature of the electrical connector increases correspondingly, while the deformation and equivalent stress of the crown spring gradually decrease to a certain value and then show an upward trend. With the continuous increase of current, the crown spring deformation and equivalent stress showed an increasing trend, which verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
