摘要
In this letter, a novel high step-up ratio and low current ripple non-isolated dc-dc converter based on magnetic integration technique is proposed, which is suitable for the low-voltage fuel cell power condition system. First high input/output voltage step-up ratio of the proposed converter can be realized due to the coupled inductor along with the auxiliary step-up unit. Meanwhile, the input current ripple can be reduced to minimum because of the input current ripple cancellation network. All three inductor windings(input, output and ripple cancellation) are integrated in one magnetic core in order to lower the size and weight of the magnetic component. Moreover, the voltage stress of the switch in proposed converter is much smaller compare with the output voltage, which allows more options and lower losses of the main power switch. Finally, a 1-kW prototype with 100-V input and 500-V output voltage has been fabricated and tested. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed magnetic integration converter.
